Trader's Voice: feedback, ideas and a personal journal
Short version for experts: tables, lists and screenshots only.

What it's for
"Trader's Voice" is a tab in the "System" block. If the block is collapsed, a golden "Trader's Voice" button is always visible at the bottom of the menu; a badge on it means the team has replied. Below it is the psychological compass (a trader figure that reflects your state), if "Psychology and risk management" is turned on in Settings. Write anything here: what broke, what's missing, what gets in the way, what you like. And you can simply vent after a tough session.
| Type | When |
|---|---|
| Bug | something broke or doesn't work right |
| Idea | something MAMAY is missing |
| Inconvenient | it works, but gets in the way |
| Like it | what to keep as it is |
| Vent | a personal journal: emotions, fatigue, a string of stops |
The screen you were on and the program version are filled in automatically — you don't need to explain "where it is".
You decide what goes to the team
All entries are stored on your computer. The team gets only what you mark and send yourself:
- Tick the entries in the "My entries for the team" list.
- Click "Prepare to send" — MAMAY shows exactly what will go to the team.
- Optionally tick "attach the program's latest errors" — these are entries from the crash log. There are no keys, amounts or trades in them.
- "Send to the team directly" — the entries go to the MAMAY team's server over the internet. Only what was shown is sent: the entry number, the text, the screen and the program version. No keys, no amounts, no trades, no name.
- The fallback — "Save file": the file goes to "Documents\MAMAY\Feedback", and you send it yourself. Useful if the team's server is unavailable: MAMAY will tell you so right next to the button.
How a reply arrives
Every entry has a number, for example M-7K3QPA. The team groups similar ideas from different traders into one topic: the more people ask for the same thing, the sooner we do it.
If you sent it directly, the reply arrives by itself: when you open "Trader's Voice", MAMAY asks the team's server about each entry you sent. The team may reply personally or mark the topic as accepted, released in a version, or postponed — you'll see it next to the entry with a "new" label.
If you sent it as a file, replies arrive with a MAMAY update: it brings a list of topics, the program finds your entries that are part of a topic and shows a personal message. When the feature is released — another message. A counter appears next to the tab in the menu.
The team doesn't know the author's name: an entry arrives under a number, with no data about you.
Ideas board
At the bottom are topics that have already been accepted or are in progress. If you need it too, click "I need this too": your vote goes to the team with the next file (votes aren't sent directly yet).
Venting to the mentor
In "Vent" mode there's a "Talk to the mentor" button. The mentor will reply calmly and to the point: sometimes, after a string of stops, it's more important to stop than to open the next trade. The mentor runs on your AI key: the text goes to the AI service, not to the MAMAY team.
