Consent to Personal Data Processing

This English translation is provided for convenience. The Russian version is the legally binding text.

Version of October 29, 2026. Given separately from other documents — by ticking "I give my consent to the processing of personal data" when submitting a request on the site or sending the first message to the support chat.

I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the individual Roman Gennadyevich Nadyrov, taxpayer ID (INN) 723018570200, who applies the special tax regime "Professional Income Tax" (self-employed), contact address: info@mamaytrading.com (hereinafter, the "Operator"), to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. What data

My name (how to address me); my email address or Telegram username; information I provide myself in the request or messages (plan, occupation, exchanges and interests, message text, screenshots); the MAMAY copy number and subscription plan; if I tick the box — technical information about the program (version, mode, system, errors).

2. Why

To reply to my request or inquiry; to provide the program build, key and instructions; to solve my problem in support; to contact me about the subject of my inquiry; to improve the program and support answers.

3. What the Operator may do with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the hosting provider in Russia and to the email service that runs the @mamaytrading.com mailboxes, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automation tools. Details are in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

4. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from my last inquiry. I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to info@mamaytrading.com; after withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept.

5. Confirmation

I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy. The consent is given in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".
